Sign will hang from wire from gallery outriggers. Sign will have a yellow background with red lettering reading its easy: 10 rue royal and be framed within a small red bicycle. No additional illumination or lighting is approved. Note: all existing signs must be removed. The bottom of the sign shall be at least above the surface of the sidewalk beneath it. Philip:-repair cracks using vcc approved mortar formula (below)-repair stucco to match existing with vcc approved stucco formula (below).-paint stuccoed masonry as needed to match existing.-re-attach metal awning over lakeside window opening.-repair flashing as needed to match existing.-all repair/replacement work shall match existing in color, size, material, detail, profile and exposure. Note: no other work is approved under this permit.
